What is EFT

EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique - often referred to as "tapping," is a scientifically proven, fast-acting and simple psycho-sensory technique.

It is an innovative and evidence-based method designed to help you uncover and release emotional obstacles that may be contributing to your health symptoms. It's a gentle, yet remarkably effective process that combines ancient Eastern principles with modern psychology.

How does EFT work?

At its core, EFT acknowledges that emotional imbalances can manifest as physical symptoms.

By tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on the emotions associated with your challenges, you can help your body release and process these emotional burdens. This, in turn, often leads to profound improvements in your overall well-being.

What will happen in our session?

The sessions last 90 Minutes, we will start by discussing the issues that are holding you back form living the life that you want and go from there.

I will teach you the tapping points and you will tap on yourself,

How long before I see any progress

This is totally dependent on the issue we will be working on, but from personal experience, you can feel a difference after the first session.

Where are the session held

Generally the sessions are held online video, always on a secure platform of your choice. If you live in Jersey we can have in person sessions if you prefer.

How long are the sessions?

An initial session will be 90 Minutes - 30 minutes to discuss your goals and 60 minutes EFT

All following sessions will be 60 minutes
